The Power Limitation
Act (Term Limits on Congress)
Sec. 100
Definitions (A) "Congress" is defined at the
United States Senate and the United States House Of
Representatives (B) "The Senate" is defined as The
United States Senate (C) "The House" is defined as
The United States House Of Representatives
Sec. 101 Consecutive Term
Limitations on The Senate (A) Each of the
100 members of The Senate may not serve more than two (2) consecutive Terms
in office; totaling a maximum of twelve (12) consecutive years.
(B) A Senator must be absent from The Senate for a
minimum of Two-Thirds of a Term, or four (4) years, in order to
seek re-election back into The Senate, and the two (2) term rule shall
apply anew. (C) In cases where a
Senator is appointed for completion of a term to which some other person was
elected, the Senate must abide by the term limitation structure
applicable to the President Of The United States as defined in
Section 1 of the Twenty-Second Amendment of The Constitution of
The United States.
Sec 102 Consecutive Term
Limitations On The House Of Representatives
(A) Each of the 435 members of The House may not serve more than four (4)
consecutive Terms in office; totaling a maximum of eight (8)
consecutive years. (B) A House member must be
absent from The House for a minimum of Two Terms, or four (4) years
in order to seek re-election back into the House, and the four (4)
term rule shall apply anew. (C)In cases where a
House Member is appointed for completion of a term to which some other person
was elected, The House must abide by the term limitation structure
applicable to the President Of The United States as defined in
Section 1 of the Twenty-Second Amendment of The Constitution of
The United States.
Sec. 103 Lifespan
Limitations There shall be no
restrictions on how many terms an individual may serve throughout their
lifetime; so long as the Consecutive Term Limitations are observed
