Sec. 100
Definitions
(A) The term "The House"
means the United States House Of Representatives
(B)
The term “The Senate” means the United States Senate
(C) The term "House Member" means a member of the United States House Of
Representatives
(D) The Term
“Senator” means a member of the United States Senate
Sec 101 Salary for members of
Congress
Each of the 435 members of The
House and the 100 members of The Senate shall have a Beginning and Base Salary
of $50,000 per year
Sec. 102 Performance Based
Pay Increases for The House
(A) Members
of The House shall receive a 10% increase, calculated from the base amount of
$50,000,
for each two-year term beginning with the second
term.
(B) This applies to consecutive and
non-consecutive terms
(C) Members of The House,
without exception, shall not receive any other pay increases, bonuses, or
incentives in regards to their salary, except as noted in
Subsection A.
Sec. 103 Performance Based Pay
Increases for The Senate
(A) Members of The
Senate shall receive a 20% increase, calculated from the base amount of
$50,000,
after the first three-years of each six-year
term.
(B) This applies to consecutive and
non-consecutive terms
(C) Members of The Senate,
without exception, shall not receive any other pay increases, bonuses,
or
incentives in regards to their salary, except as noted in
Subsection A.
Sec. 104 Special
Circumstances
Should any member of
Congress be removed for any reason, or be found guilty of Ethics Violations,
he/she will lose all performance based pay increases and shall be subject to
receive only the Base Salary for the remainder of term in office, and, upon
re-election, receive the Beginning Salary for Congress Members as stated in
Section 101.
